• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

• Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated with project details, pricing, and local market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, meetings, and sales activities.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
