Real Estate Salesperson

• Call and engage with daily leads provided by the company.
• Understand buyer requirements, budget, and timeline and recommend suitable projects.
• Schedule and coordinate builder site visits.
• Independently conduct site visits using your own two-wheeler.
• Build trust-based customer relationships and give professional project presentations.
• Follow up consistently with clients until closure (end-to-end handling).
• Achieve monthly site visit and booking targets.
• Maintain CRM/lead sheet and update follow-up status daily.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and in-house callers when needed.
• Stay updated about inventory, pricing, offers, and project details.
