Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate Industry
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing real estate sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales.
* Generate, identify, and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, brokers, and market research specifically within the property market.
* Maintain and expand a strong database of prospective property buyers and sellers.
* Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to potential clients.
* Arrange and conduct property tours, site visits, open houses, and client meetings.
* Negotiate prices, prepare offers, and handle all documentation related to property transactions as per company and industry standards.
* Ensure timely and smooth closure of real estate sales deals.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing personalized property solutions.
* Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, operations) to achieve sales and business development targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, sales activities, and client interactions.
* Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Strong sales drive with a passion for achieving real estate sales targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities specifically for property sales.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills.
* Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
* Flexible and open to travel for client meetings, property showings, and site visits.
* Prior experience in real estate sales or a sales-target environment (real estate preferred).
