Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Dehradun. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, showcasing real estate properties, and facilitating successful transactions. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored property recommendations. The Salesperson will also manage negotiations, ensure smooth documentation, and stay informed about the local real estate market and current trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and delivering client satisfaction
• Thorough knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and relevant market trends
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
• A valid Real Estate License is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the local Dehradun real estate market is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
