1️ Sales Executive (0–3 Years)

Responsible for generating leads, managing follow-ups, and converting customers through site visits. Executives will present project details, explain investment benefits, and maintain customer relationships. They must handle calls, schedule visits, update CRM, and achieve monthly sales targets. Strong communication, confidence, and willingness to learn are key.

2️ Sales Manager (1–2Years)

Managers will lead a team of Sales Executives. Their role includes daily supervision, helping in conversions, planning site visits, and ensuring target achievement. They will train their team in sales scripts, objection handling, CRM usage, and follow-up systems. Managers will prepare reports, handle escalations, and coordinate with marketing and operations to streamline the sales process. Leadership skills and proven real estate experience are essential.

3️ Sales Director (3–5 Years)

The Sales Director will build, manage, and scale the entire sales division. Responsible for setting monthly and annual sales targets, creating SOPs, developing KPIs, and ensuring high-conversion performance across the team. The role includes handling HNI clients, leading investor meetings, coaching managers, and driving strategic growth. Strong negotiation skills, high-ticket closing experience, and leadership qualities are a must.
