Sales Manager and Sales Executive

As a Post Graduate with a proven track record in business development and sales, your role at the Ather experience centre will involve managing the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring the centre is a best-in-class facility, providing tours to visitors, overseeing facility upgrades, managing inventory, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to analyze the impact on the market and business. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales at the dealership utilizing the experience centre effectively - Ensure the experience centre maintains high standards to showcase the brand, products, and solutions - Lead the product specialists and sales team to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service - Gather and communicate product and experience feedback between Ather and the dealership - Conduct tours for special guests of the leadership team - Supervise facility upgrades to reflect company product innovations - Pursue new project opportunities generated by the centre - Manage the budget for the Ather experience centre - Supervise vendor staff at the Experience Centre (finance, insurance, housekeeping, etc.) - Implement marketing activities from both the company and dealer's perspectives Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate degree - Proven track record in business development and sales - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Experience in marketing communications and/or sales roles in a retail and/or showroom environment This position offers full-time employment on a contract basis and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
