Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Manager and Client Servicing professional. The Sales Manager and Client Servicing professional will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining current client accounts, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize advertising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales (CPS Focus):

  • Identify and onboard new advertisers and affiliates for CPS campaigns.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with brands, agencies, and affiliate partners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ensure profitability.

Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and affiliates.
  • Understand client goals and ensure campaign delivery aligns with KPIs.
  • Coordinate internally with tech, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution.
  • Optimize existing campaigns for higher ROI and client satisfaction.
  • Share regular performance reports, insights, and optimization plans with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in

    Affiliate Marketing (CPS / CPA domain)

    .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, traffic sources, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Trackier, Affise, HasOffers).
  • Self-driven with a “growth mindset” and a problem-solving attitude.
