About the Role:

Agency Sales Head – West Region

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and has a strong network across digital media agencies and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the revenue and business growth

  for the West region, focusing on agency-led affiliate campaigns.

• Build and strengthen relationships

  with top media agencies, trading desks, and digital planning teams.

• Pitch and sell affiliate marketing solutions

  aligned with client KPIs (CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI models).

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans

  to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor

  a regional sales team to deliver consistent results and exceptional client service.

• Collaborate with campaign management, publisher, and tech teams

  to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

• Negotiate long-term deals, retainers, and incentive-based partnerships

  with key agency accounts.

• Analyze performance data

  to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and deliver insights to clients.

• Represent the affiliate network

  at key industry events, agency roadshows, and digital marketing conferences.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience

  in affiliate / performance marketing, with a focus on

  agency or brand partnerships.

• Strong understanding of

  affiliate models

  — CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and performance media.
• Proven success in

  driving regional sales targets

  and managing agency relationships.
• Existing network of contacts across

  media agencies and affiliate advertisers

  in the West region.
• Excellent

  negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
