Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at All Things Real Estate, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role includes setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and analyzing market trends to ensure sales goals are met. Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, leadership, and strategic planning Strong ability in business development and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Show more Show less
