About Us We are a growing retail brand in agricultural equipment, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our farming community. Job Role We are looking for a seasoned Sales Admin Manager to lead and coordinate showroom sales operations, manage sales staff, and oversee field team activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day showroom sales and ensure smooth customer service. Monitor and motivate field sales executives and delivery teams. Maintain and update stock, billing, and sales records. Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets. Report to management with regular performance updates. Requirements 1020 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the agriculture or any equivalent sector. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales tracking ability. Experience handling customer relationships and showroom staff. Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office. Preferred Candidates with experience in agricultural machinery, spares, or power tools retailing. Multilingual (Tamil, English; Hindi is a plus). Salary Based on experience and performance negotiable for the right candidate. WORK LOCATION-KULASEKHARAM
