Function Strategic Partnerships Department Retail Job Name Relationship Manager Agency Grade applicable G1C/G1B/G1A/G2C Reporting to Office Head/Vertical Head Describe the Job A Relationship Manager (Agency) is primarily responsible for managing relationships specifically for Agency channel partners and driving business through the same. What is the primary KRA* (Scope of Work)

1. Achieve monthly topline targets
2. Ensure diversification of portfolio into the motor, non-motor, health products 3.Recruitment of and relationship management with retail brokers as per target set 4.Ensure month on month activation of brokers as per targets set 5.Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch 6.Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions 7.Processing onboarding requests 8.Policy issuance / Cancellation / endorsement 9.Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriter and issue policies at branch level. 10.Coordinate with brokers and agents for policy issuance 11.Analysing and resolving the rejections of policy related issues 12.Handling reconciliation 13.Closely monitoring open receipts and recoveries and closing them on time 14.Handle other operational work Experience in number of years 2-10 Years (if offroll) Work Experience GI Exp in agency or retail broking Technology Known Basic excel Behavioural Traits required 2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills 3. Exceptional problem solving skill 4. Ability to influence and negotiate to help team achieve business goal 5. Should be flexible and supportive when situations demands 6. Experienced in General Insurance- knowledge of general insurance products 7.
