Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Chennai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and mentoring a team of sales professionals. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting and surpassing targets.
• Customer relationship management and client retention expertise.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, as well as basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant sales certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in the retail, clothing, or education-related industry is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
