Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned area.Build and expand a strong network of dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, market intelligence, and local networking.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and renovation ecosystem.Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any after-sales issues promptly.Sales Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute area-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Promote and position tile adhesive products effectively in the competitive market.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to refine sales approaches.Target AchievementAchieve assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.Track daily/weekly progress and report to senior management regularly.Channel Development & ManagementAppoint and manage distributors or retail partners in the territory.Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with the supply team for timely delivery.Ensure proper branding and merchandising at distributor/retail outlets.Market Intelligence & ReportingProvide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor movements, and customer preferences.Maintain accurate records of all sales, collections, and customer interactions in CRM or reports.Independence & AccountabilityWork independently with self-driven motivation and time management.Take complete ownership of the area in terms of business growth, relationship building, and reporting.
