Job Description

1. Drive Sales Growth:

a. Oversee daily sales operations to ensure monthly and annual revenuetargets are achieved or exceeded.

b. Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and lead managementstrategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

c. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, including high-valueaccounts and private client acquisitions, to supplement the revenuestream.

d. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies andcapitalize on opportunities.

2. Enhance Client Retention:

a. Implement and refine strategies to improve client retention, enhancesatisfaction, and reduce churn rates.

b. Manage escalated client issues, ensuring swift and eHective resolutions tomaintain client trust.

c. Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuousimprovements in service delivery.

d. Plan and execute monthly or quarterly client engagement events to fosterloyalty and build a strong community.

3. Team Management and Development:

a. Directly manage the sales and client servicing teams, overseeingscheduling, conflict resolution, resource optimization, and performancemanagement.

b. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams skills in salestechniques, client engagement, and product knowledge.

c. Act as the primary point of support for the team, addressing operationalchallenges and providing guidance.

d. Develop innovative incentive strategies to keep the team motivated andaligned with organizational goals.

4. Streamline Operations:

a. Optimize workflows and processes to ensure the smooth execution ofsales strategies and operational eHiciency.

b. Implement tools and systems to track and analyze team performance,identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment onorganizational priorities and seamless execution of initiatives.

5. Provide Strategic Insights and Updates:

a. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on salesperformance, challenges, and actionable insights to the Sales Head andother stakeholders.

b. Contribute to forecasting eHorts, ensuring alignment between team eHortsand broader organizational objectives.

c. Leverage data analytics to identify key growth opportunities and refinestrategies.

6. Represent the Brand:

a. Act as a brand ambassador during client interactions, industry events, andother relevant engagements.

b. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingclients, partners, and community members, to enhance the organizationsreputation.
