Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, colleges, and individual customers. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field. Proven sales experience in the education, counseling, or related sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
