Sales Leasing in Real Estate


Leasing Manager


Role & responsibilities

Leasing Strategy & Execution


  • Oversee and manage the 

    leasing of commercial office spaces

     and

    co-working units

     across high-end developments.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to 

    maximize occupancy and rental income

    .
  • Position available spaces competitively in the Pune commercial market.

Client Relationship Management


  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their workspace needs.
  • Offer 

    tailored leasing solutions

     to businesses, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Provide timely and professional service to address client concerns and queries.

Lease Negotiation & Documentation


  • Lead negotiations related to 

    lease terms, pricing structures, and contract clauses

    .
  • Coordinate with internal 

    legal and operations teams

     to ensure lease agreements are accurate and compliant.
  • Manage timely execution of lease documentation.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence


  • Stay informed about 

    market trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks

     in Punes commercial zones.
  • Conduct regular competitor and vacancy analysis to support pricing and positioning strategies for both office and co-working segments.
  • Recommend adjustments to leasing plans based on market dynamics.

Target Achievement & Revenue Contribution


  • Achieve leasing targets in line with monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Contribute to the companys overall 

    revenue growth and occupancy metrics

    .
  • Prepare performance reports, deal pipelines, and market insights for leadership review.

Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Partner with the 

    marketing team

     to design campaigns and strategies that promote available commercial spaces.
  • Work with 

    facility and operations teams

     to ensure timely handovers and property readiness.
  • Ensure 

    legal and policy compliance

     across all leasing transactions.


Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of experience

     in commercial leasing, including leasing of Grade-A office spaces and/or co-working formats.
  • Prior experience with 

    retail leasing

     in commercial environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in 

    English and Hindi

     is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 

    Pune commercial real estate market.

  • Proven ability to 

    build relationships

     and work effectively with clients, brokers, and consultants.
  • Comfortable in a 

    target-driven role

     with demonstrated achievement of leasing goals.
  • Masters degree

     in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
