Sales Leader

You are looking for a Sales Leader - AVP/VP/SVP/EVP for Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi locations in a leading MNC Insurance Broking Firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales at CXO level in BFSI, Rating Agencies, and Job Boards. Your responsibilities will include proficiency in client management, in-depth knowledge of various insurance products, data mining for business opportunities, connecting with peers, clients, and prospects to generate leads, developing new clients, ensuring consistent revenue flow, conducting detailed meetings with prospects, building positive business relationships, developing and maintaining an effective network within the industry, and monitoring organizational changes within client companies. You should have 12-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in Corporate Relationship Management and Business Solution Provider roles. You must be able to manage diverse client cultures including Indian Corporates, MNC Corporations, and PSU clients. General skills required for this role include strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, good networking and relationship management skills, excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, ability to work independently and within a team, as well as being organized, self-disciplined, and proactive.,
