Sales Leader

You will be joining our Pune team as a Business Development / Client Acquisition Manager with a primary focus on sales. Your role will involve acquiring new clients specifically for IT contract staffing services in India. You should have a solid track record in client acquisition within the IT staffing industry. Your key responsibilities will include proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, converting leads into long-term clients, and establishing strong relationships with decision-makers. You will be expected to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, manage the complete sales cycle, and maintain detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools. Furthermore, you will need to conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and client demands, develop strategic sales approaches, and build strong relationships with new clients. Collaboration with internal teams, such as recruitment, delivery, and operations, will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of total sales and business development experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in IT contract staffing in the Indian market is required. You must have a proven track record of acquiring new customers, a strong understanding of the IT contract staffing landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
