Sales Leader

• Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
• Keep Informed of New Products and Services
• Train, and Coach the Sales Team
• Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
• Prepare Sales Reports.
• Provide to give excellent service to customers .
• need to be able to communicate all aspects of the sales operation to managers and team members .
• strong computer skills ( especially MS tools-excel/word/ppt)
• experience and a working knowledge of the sales industry is must.
• Built diverse and consistent sales portfolio.
• Deal with both B2B & B2C sales.
• must be Working with CRM /ERP software.
• Making product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
• Solve and handle team queries and problems.
• Team handling and time management .
• Fluency in English (moderate/fluent) and Hindi
• Commendable / presentable while giving and making understand the customers for the product knowledge.
• Location –Gurgaon /Delhi /NCR(only) or who can able to relocate to Gurgaon location
• Salary package- up to 45k(depending on experience) for team leader and 25k for Executive.
• candidates preferably from the same domain (steel forging/automobile/manufacturing)
