Role Overview

As a Sales Lead at Billcut, you will be responsible for leading our personal loan vertical across three partner programs — LNT, ABL, and Tata Capital. This role requires a strong mix of sales ownership and team leadership, driving business growth while managing and motivating the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth across partner programs (LNT, ABL, Tata Capital).

● Manage, guide, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve goals.

● Drive personal loan acquisition through structured office-based operations.

● Design and execute sales strategies aligned with each partner’s objectives.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.

● Track performance metrics, review pipelines, and present reports to management.

● Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

● Minimum 6 years of experience in banking/financial services sales.

● Strong exposure to personal loans and digital lending.

● Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
