Job Description

Position: Lead Generation Executive – International Market
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Onsite
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified international leads via Email, LinkedIn, and Freelance Portals.
  • Manage outbound email campaigns and maintain communication records.
  • Research and analyze prospects’ businesses for potential fit.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into clients.
  • Regularly update CRM and prepare lead performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead databases.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing portals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
