Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
• Pitch company products/services to prospective Indian clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closures
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements & Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C – Indian market)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or corporate sales
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT services / Digital Marketing / SaaS sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
