Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lead Generation Specialist to be a part of our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in our sales strategy, concentrating on recognizing, qualifying, and nurturing leads to facilitate the adoption of our EHR solutions by healthcare providers and organizations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for engaging with potential clients in the healthcare sector. The responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist include researching and identifying healthcare providers, clinics, and organizations that can benefit from our EHR solutions through various channels like social media, industry directories, and healthcare networks. Initiating contact with potential clients through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to introduce Meditab Software's EHR solutions is also a key responsibility. Evaluating and qualifying leads based on their needs, practice size, and readiness to adopt an EHR solution, as well as maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are essential tasks. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals and product offerings is crucial. The Lead Generation Specialist will also analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of lead generation activities and identify areas for improvement. Staying informed about US healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine lead targeting strategies is also part of the role. Additionally, supporting the nurturing of leads through the sales funnel and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team is important. Qualifications for this role include proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools, excellent organizational and time management abilities, analytical skills, and a proactive, self-driven attitude are desired. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time job with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
