Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads
• Conduct market research to find potential customers and industry trends
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client information
• Support the team in organizing and attending sales meetings or demos
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new sales strategies
• Provide general administrative support to the sales department
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not required
