Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Location: On-site

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with Technical Knowledge to support our business growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their technical requirements, and presenting suitable software or IT solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience who want to build a career in technical sales or IT consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
  • Understand client business needs and basic technical requirements
  • Present and explain software products, IT services, or technical solutions clearly
  • Coordinate with technical and development teams for solution clarification
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Support deal closure and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications Sales Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Experience or exposure to B2B / B2C sales processes
  • Lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement

Technical Knowledge (Basic to Intermediate)

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, or SaaS
  • Basic awareness of APIs, databases, and hosting concepts
  • Ability to understand technical requirements from clients
