About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help scale our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, conducting meetings, and supporting long-term strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify potential clients through online research, databases, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, messages, and meetings.
  • Present company services/products to potential clients professionally.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Convert leads into successful business deals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM records and update daily activities.
  • Share weekly sales reports, progress, and performance insights.

Required Skills (MUST-Have)Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Sales & Business Awareness

  • Understanding of sales cycle, customer behavior & market trends
  • Ability to build rapport quickly

Tech & Tools

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

Mindset

  • Target-driven
  • Confident and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

Preferred / Good To Have

  • Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B sales
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach & email campaigns
  • Ability to create sales pitches and proposals
  • Knowledge of digital marketing sales (optional)
