Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will be responsible for joining our sales team and contributing to the growth of our engineering services sector in the USA and India markets. Your role will involve generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and targeting potential clients in industries such as embedded electronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, IoT, integrated software, and mobile applications. - Generating new business from specific geographical territories and expanding the customer base. - Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and client meetings. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. - Communicating client expectations and project requirements to the technical team. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline status. - Providing regular updates to management on sales progress and forecasts. - Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Collaborating with internal teams to create pre-sales documentation and conduct presentations to educate clients on available engineering services. - Monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and identifying new sales opportunities. - Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales or business development in the engineering services sector or a related industry. - Understanding of engineering services and solutions, with prior experience in selling product engineering services and/or IoT solutions. - Exposure to HVAC, industrial products, med-tech, and instrumentation sectors. - Proven experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, and closing deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales contracts. - Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and reporting. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Attributes: - Proven experience in acquiring business from the USA and India in engineering services. - Possession of a valid USA Visa and prior experience in travelling across the USA territory. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Passion for engineering and technology solutions. - Ability to understand and address client needs effectively. - Highly organized with a focus on delivering results.,
