Job Description (JD) for Sales Head at Zenwatt (BESS Industry).

Job Title: Sales Head – Zenwatt

Location: [Delhi / Noida]
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Managing Director/CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in solar and renewable energy solutions.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring performance, motivation, and growth.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key client acquisitions.
Drive customer engagement, negotiations, and long-term relationship management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in Retail / Manufacturing Company.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales..
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage large accounts and deliver consistent business growth.
MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
