Sales Head

You are an experienced Head of Sales with over 5 years of Sales Leadership experience, seeking a challenging opportunity in the catering industry with Vee Kay Vees Caterers. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have a proven track record in managing senior sales leadership roles. Your expertise includes managing multi-branch or regional sales teams, possessing excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, alongside a strong understanding of sales data, KPIs, and CRM tools. Flexibility to travel between branches is a requirement for this role. As the Head of Sales at Vee Kay Vees Caterers, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales teams across 4 branches. Your key tasks will include developing sales strategies, analyzing branch-wise performance, ensuring sales staff meet targets, and upholding company standards. This senior-level position demands strong leadership skills, effective team coordination, and a deep comprehension of sales operations. Your main responsibilities will involve supervising sales teams across the 4 branches, setting and monitoring sales targets for each team, analyzing performance data, implementing sales strategies for improved revenue growth, and collaborating with branch managers and marketing teams to achieve business goals. You will conduct regular performance reviews, provide necessary training and coaching, maintain reporting systems for sales activities, and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners. Reporting directly to senior management with insights and performance updates across branches will also be part of your role.
