Job Description

Role Overview: As the Sales Head at Datacipher Education Services, you will be instrumental in driving sales for the training business in India, APJ, and global markets. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading sales strategies, business development, team management, account strategy development, business planning, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery oversight, representing the company at events, and improving sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for training services across various regions, with a focus on major OEMs and emerging technologies. - Identify and secure new enterprise accounts, customers, partners, and vendors to expand market share. - Hire, train, and manage sales teams for different regions to ensure a strong talent pipeline for growth. - Create and execute account strategies for enterprise clients in specific regions. - Drive regional business plans, marketing strategies, and partner enablement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales. - Establish monthly sales targets, KPIs for account managers, and drive performance through effective team leadership. - Ensure training services delivery targets are met while promptly addressing staff and customer issues. - Attend and present at industry events, client meetings, and business reviews to promote the company's offerings. - Enhance commercial strategies and processes to optimize sales efficiency and customer engagement. Qualifications: - 10+ years of sales leadership experience in IT training, cybersecurity, or technology services. - Proven track record in driving sales growth, recruiting teams, and managing enterprise accounts. - Strong network with IT vendors, distributors, and enterprise clients in specific regions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. - Ability to travel for events, client meetings, and regional engagements.
