As a Real Estate Sales Manager at Nandaavana Promoters, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts related to plots, lands, farmlands, and residential properties. In addition, you will manage the sales team, supervise property listings, conduct market research, and cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Skills required for this role include sales leadership, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, proficiency in innovative marketing techniques, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as effective team management abilities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and a flexible schedule. The work schedule is during day shifts with the possibility of a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and be fluent in English and Tamil.
