The role focuses on expanding our training portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Roles and Responsibilities Drive Training Business Sales : Lead sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for training services across India, APJ, and global regions, focusing on major OEMs (Aruba, HPE, Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall) and emerging tech (AI, Python, ML, DevSecOps). Business Development : Identify and secure new enterprise accounts, customers, partners, and vendors to expand market share. Recruit and Build Sales Teams : Hire, train, and manage sales teams for India and APJ, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent to support regional growth. Global Account Strategy : Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise clients, targeting the largest organizations in India, SAARC, and MEA. Business Planning and Marketing : Lead regional business plans, marketing strategies, and vendor partner enablement initiatives to drive brand visibility and sales. Sales Forecasting and KPIs : Set monthly sales targets, establish KPIs for account managers, and drive performance through effective team leadership. Service Delivery Oversight : Ensure training services delivery targets are met, addressing staff and customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction. Event Representation : Attend and present at industry events, client meetings, and quarterly business reviews to promote Datacipher’s offerings. Process Improvement : Enhance commercial strategies and processes to optimize sales efficiency and customer engagement. Qualifications 10+ years of sales leadership experience in IT training, cybersecurity, or technology services. Proven track record in driving sales growth, recruiting teams, and managing enterprise accounts. Strong network with IT vendors, distributors, and enterprise clients in India, SAARC, or MEA. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel for events, client meetings, and regional engagements.
