Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Head to lead our Telecom System Integration team, with 15-20 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving national and international expansion of telecom BSS/OSS offerings.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive the national/international expansion of telecom BSS/OSS offerings.
Build and own sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue across regions.
Lead CXO-level engagements with telecom operators, MVNOs, and partners.
Forge alliances with OEMs (Nokia, Amdocs, Comviva, ZTE, etc.) for joint bids.
Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle from lead identification to contract closure.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to align solution fit.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of BSS/OSS, system integration, migration, greenfield deployment, and managed services ecosystems.
Proven track record of multi-million-dollar deal closures in the telecom domain.
Established network across APAC/EMEA operators and vendor ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth.
