As the Sales & Marketing Head, you will spearhead the strategic direction, execution and scaling of our sales, marketing and business development functions globally (with primary markets in the US, Japan and India). You will build the pipeline, drive revenue growth, establish brand equity, manage partner ecosystems, and lead a team to deliver ambitious targets in a SaaS/AI-driven value-based care & connected mobility landscape. You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align GTM (go-to-market) strategy with product road-map and market demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global sales & marketing strategy for B2B SaaS across US, India, and Japan.
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasts, and marketing KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor teams in sales, BD, pre-sales, and marketing functions.
  • Build and manage pilot partners, enterprise clients, and channel alliances.
  • Drive digital campaigns, content marketing, ABM, and events.
  • Position Indoqubix s AI/ML and connected-care solutions for value-based care markets.
  • Monitor competition, refine pricing and market strategy.
  • Report performance metrics revenue, CAC, LTV, conversion, retention.
  • Align GTM efforts with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Implement CRM, automation, and analytics for sales efficiency.
  • Represent Indoqubix in conferences, partner meetings, and investor briefings.
  • Foster agile, process-driven culture aligned with ISO/CMMI standards.
