Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven AVP - Sales from Consumer Durables background to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in consumer durables, and sales strategy, working at the level of branch head with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales effectiveness

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing operations, to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes
Analyze sales data and market trends to perform sales planning and strategy to drive aggressively Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfactionMonitor and report on sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness

Requirements

15+ years of experience in sales in consumer durables, who has led the Branch level sales
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales effectiveness
Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities and develop and execute sales plans
