Sales Head - Real Estate

To date, we have partnered with more than 200 clients in the real estate sector. With a new vision to deliver comprehensive marketing and sales solutions to builders and developers - particularly in Bangalore, we are expanding our team and are now actively seeking sales professionals to serve clients in both residential and farmland projects.

Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for residential/commercial projects.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential channel partners.

Client Handling & Closures:

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead follow-ups and site visits to negotiations and final closures.
• Maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.

Team Leadership:

• Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.

Market Intelligence:

• Track competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to adapt effectively.
• Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends and buyer behaviour.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions using CRM tools.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for internal review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in real estate or construction sales (residential/commercial). (Mandatory)

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and handling high-value transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Bangalore’s real estate market, especially premium/locality-specific developments.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
