Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the sales model partner network, digital channel, field sales, inside sales
  • Build early customer traction through market visits and dealer onboarding
  • Lead a lean sales team and drive revenue scale-up
  • Work with sourcing, digital, and fulfilment teams to ensure readiness

Ideal Experience

  • 12-18 years

    total experience
  • Should have worked in both:
    • Leading industrial/electrical companies

      with strong field/channel sales
    • Digital commerce or eB2B platforms

      in category, growth, or GTM roles
  • Must be entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and hands-on
