Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional to head our Sales Department across Pan India.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Genset, Elevator, Battery, or Industrial Sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Genset / Power Solutions / Energy industry.
Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion.
Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a large sales team.
Strong business acumen with the ability to close large strategic deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering or Business Management (MBA preferred).
12-18 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role in Genset or related industrial sales.
