Job Description

SOFTWARE : AUTOCAD, 3DsMAX & OTHER RENDERING SOFTWARE SKILLS. Key Responsibilities: Design and plan architectural projects from concept through construction. Develop detailed drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is achieved. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Prepare feasibility studies, environmental impact reports, and presentations. Manage project budgets and timelines.
