You'll take over after the first call and lead the real conversation: Is this a brand we can scale? Are these people we want to build with? What You'll Actually Do Own second-round discovery calls and go deep business model, gaps, goals, and growth-readiness. Ask the questions that reveal if we should work together - not just if we can . Use our wins, case studies, and logic to build trust no hype, no fluff. Make sure the right brands come in — the ones that fuel our growth and energize the team. Ensure business stays healthy — by finding partnerships that bring revenue and make sense. Help shape proposals that solve, not just impress. You’ll Fit This Role If You listen for what’s said — and what’s not. You close calmly — by solving, not overselling. You’ve closed high-value deals before and know what it takes to get buy-in from decision-makers. You understand business logic — how money is made, where it leaks, and what actually drives growth. You’re fluent in English and business — no jargon, no fluff, just clarity and confidence. You’ve done B2B or high-ticket sales for 3–5 years, and want your next deal to mean something. You can sense the vibe — and trust your gut on which brands are worth our time. You know how to speak founder-to-founder — even if you’re not one.
