Job Brief: We are seeking a talented and competitive Sales Head to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a high-performing sales strategy, building and leading a strong team, and driving business growth across new and existing markets. The role requires an individual excited by the challenges of strategizing market expansion, negotiating complex deals, and outperforming competitors in head-to-head opportunities. Role & responsibilities Assist in creating annual sales plans and budgets in line with organizational goals. Prepare regular sales forecasts and KPI reports for leadership decision-making. Drive sales team performance through coaching, motivation, and continuous improvement. Establish clear goals, responsibilities, and accountability for all team members. Lead new business development initiatives including identifying and tapping into new markets. Design and implement a structured sales process, from lead generation to closing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to align business strategies Develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns to support business goals. Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Ensure a data-driven sales culture with regular performance analysis and reporting. Contribute to the training and development of the sales team to enhance capabilities. Delegate authority appropriately while maintaining oversight, supervision, and reviews. Monitor competitor activities and proactively respond to market challenges. Coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure that the customer is best served. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain documentation and communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details Offer service to existing customers and help grow their business. Key Focus Areas: Sales Team Management & Performance Drive New Business Development Sales Promotions & Campaign Execution Strategic Key Account Management Market Penetration & Expansion Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar leadership role in sales, with a successful track record. Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to coach and mentor a diverse team. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
