Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head - Commerce (India) to lead and scale our commerce vertical. This leader will own the end-to-end sales strategy, drive new business acquisition, and lead high-performing sales teams to accelerate our market share in India. You will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify opportunities, close strategic deals, and build long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market brands. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and implement the sales strategy for Fynd s Commerce vertical in India. Revenue Growth: Own and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management and forecasting. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team; set clear goals, coach regularly, and drive accountability. Enterprise Engagement: Identify, target, and convert top-tier brands and retailers to adopt Fynd s solutions. Partnerships & Alliances: Work with channel partners and ecosystem enablers to expand Fynd s reach and co-create GTM strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention of clients. Reporting & Insights: Track KPIs, provide regular sales forecasts and insights to leadership, and continuously optimize the sales process. Requirements: 10+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise SaaS, retail tech, commerce platforms, or related domains. Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing large enterprise deals. Experience building and managing a high-performing sales team across geographies. Strong network across retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C sectors is a strong plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Data-driven, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian retail and e-commerce landscape. Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
