Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed project revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate on-site sales, pre-sales, and CRM teams to deliver high conversion ratios.
• Manage pricing, payment plans, and inventory positioning to optimize margins.
• Drive walk-ins, conduct client meetings, and ensure quick lead closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  Channel Partners and Brokers

  .
• Organize CP meets, property showcases, and site visits to boost sales momentum.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and BTL activities.
• Handle customer interactions from inquiry to booking, ensuring exceptional experience.
• Review competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Submit periodic MIS and sales performance reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1518 years of experience in

  real estate sales

  with at least 5 years in a

  site leadership role

  .
• Proven success in managing sales for

  residential projects (mid or premium segment)

  .
• Strong experience in

  Channel Partner management and direct customer sales

  .
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in

  CRM systems, ERP tools, and MS Office

  .
• High energy, target-driven, and hands-on professional capable of leading from the front.
