Position Summary

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy

• Prepare and implement detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP consultants for finalization of designs.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Construction Execution & Site Management

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and monitor progress against timelines.
• Lead coordination between contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality, and safety standards.

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Implement QA/QC protocols and conduct periodic audits.
• Ensure compliance with BIS, IS, NBC, and local authority standards.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture at all project sites.

Cost Control & Vendor Management

• Track project budgets and cash flow; initiate corrective actions for variances.
• Review and approve contractor bills and vendor payments.
• Manage contracts, rate negotiations, and vendor performance.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with internal teams (procurement, contracts, finance, and sales).
• Conduct progress meetings and present management reports.
• Maintain transparent communication with consultants and statutory bodies.

Handover & Closeout

• Ensure defect-free completion and timely handover.
• Manage OC documentation and DLP (Defects Liability Period) follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  12 years

  of experience in construction of residential or redevelopment projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate preferred).
• Proven expertise in

  high-rise building construction

  .
• Strong technical knowledge in RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in

  MS Project / Primavera

  for project scheduling and monitoring.
• Experience with

  ERP software such as Farvision

  is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive performance and deliver results within tight timelines.
