Job Description

You will be joining Cyboard School as a highly motivated professional, playing a key role in the sales department to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing admission counseling to parents over phone calls, developing relationships with clients through effective communication, and identifying potential customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. To qualify for this role, you should be a BBA & MBA Fresher or have experience as an undergraduate or graduate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be target-oriented, able to work effectively in a team, have experience in handling both outgoing and incoming calls as well as cold calling, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in sales and contribute significantly to the growth of Cyboard School. Training and mentorship will be provided to support your professional development. Key skills required for this role include confidence, admission counseling, business development, excellent communication skills, persuasion, sales, target orientation, interpersonal skills, teamwork, telesales, inbound and outbound calling, telecalling, cold calling experience, and negotiation.,
