As a Sales Assistant at a leading Air pollution Industry in Bangalore, Karnataka, your primary role will involve Spare Sales and building strong relationships with customers. It is essential to have experience in Capital equipment selling. Your responsibilities will include direct interaction with potential clients, providing them with product information, and offering ongoing customer support. You should be well-versed with Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PPT. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in calls to understand customers" requirements thoroughly. - Propose solutions and follow up with Supply Chain Management. - Prepare quotations and make follow-up calls to convert potential offers into orders. - Provide post-order support by following up with customers. - Have a comprehensive understanding of Advance & Performance Guarantee. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless order processing. Qualification Required: - Freshers to 2 years of experience are eligible. - Qualifications required are BSC and ITI-Diploma in Mechanical only. - Good communication skills are essential.
