Job Description

Urgent Opening for the position of Sales Executive/ Field Sales / Channel Sales/ Retail Sales/ Distribution Sales for Ahmedabad . Key Responsibilities: 1. Database Development: - Build and maintain a comprehensive database of stores and SMEs in the assigned markets. 2. Customer Acquisition: - Conduct field visits to meet existing customers. - Acquire new users via offline and online activation methods. 3. Market Analysis: - Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns. - Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs. 4. Customer Onboarding and Training: - Handhold initial 50-100 customers through the onboarding process. - Ensure customers download the app before the service launch. - Train customers on how to book services through the app. - Inform customers about the start date of services. 5. Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly. 6. Sales Reporting: - Track and report on sales activities and outcomes. - Provide regular updates to the management team. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office. - Willingness to travel within the assigned market. - Understanding of Local market and language is preferred
