We are hiring on behalf of our client for Sales roles across India. Candidates must have experience selling - teleradiology , PACS, medical imaging devices , x ray machines etc to radiologies/hospitals and doctors
customer relationships, and closing sales deals in their assigned territories. RSM will be given the responsibility for establishing company's presence in the state capitals as well as
the state hinterlands. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role might require a significant amount
of travel - 10 days per month.
●Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
●Build and maintain strong with existing and potential customers to promote long-term partnerships.
●Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to radiologists, center owners, hospital management, and other key decision-makers to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
●Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
●Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
●Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
●Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract terms to secure profitable business deals.
●Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
●Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
●Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
●Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in the healthcare industry
●Familiarity with PACS software, medical imaging devices, or teleradiology software is preferred
●Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
●Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with radiologists and technicians
●Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset with demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
●Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
●We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary and commission structure.
●Commission structure will be decided by the management after careful evaluation of the candidates for the first 3 months
●Additional benefits may include, TA & DA and other allowances depending on the role
