Job Description

We are looking for experienced and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound sales calls. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining our products/services, and ensuring successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to potential customers
Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / B2C or B2B sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good team player
