Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive revenue growth.
Utilize sales techniques such as negotiation, pressure handling, and target achievement to close deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Present products/services effectively by preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in sales or related field (business development).
Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, marketing, field sales, presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Excellent convincing power and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
